Restaurant Associate

HAPPY DAVE’S Restaurant Associates key role is to give our customers a HAPPY and memorable experience. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, cashing them out, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, making and serving food, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You would be working as part of a team to ensure the store is providing our customers with Fun and Fast service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service. As the Restaurant Associate, you’ll have a direct influence on the customers’ impression of the brand.
  • Follow the food production / recipe guidelines and procedures, prep & serve with accuracy in a timely manner.
  • Directly responsible for accurately processing sales at the POS and adhering to all payment procedures Supporting the Store in achieving the company goals and objectives set for their assigned store.
  • Directly responsible for all specified restaurant duties including merchandising, customer relations, disputes, complaints, cleaning, etc. on their assigned shift.
  • Follows guidelines and procedures of knife handling and safety. Ensures the facility is secure and safe, complying with all safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Complies with all company standards and procedures.
  • Embraces and follows food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Embraces HAPPY DAVE’S Values & Culture.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess good oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, and/or nighttime store shifts.
  • The ability to follow directions and meet all the company policies and procedures associated with the efficient operation of the assigned store.
  • Must be able to perform principal duties of the job.
  • Physical condition necessary to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, ability to be on his/her feet for extended periods of time, ability to work in extreme, intermittent temperatures for extended periods of time. i.e. coolers, outside, kitchens, etc…
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and move objects w/ hands, requiring eye-hand coordination during shift.
  • Ability to operate equipment including kitchen equipment, cash register, soda/coffee/credit card machine.
