Carwash Manager

HAPPY DAVE’S Carwash Manager key role is to oversee and manage the daily operations of a high volume, customer focused car wash facility and achieve financial targets. Building and managing the club membership is critical to the success of the operation, must communicate effectively with staff, customers & loyalty members. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining equipment, managing customer relations, and ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety standards. You will be a part of our high energy outdoor team providing our customers with a Clean, Fun, and Fast experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and annual Key Performance Indicators by analyzing key business metrics, developing action plans, communicating ways to drive the business, and managing the overall performance of the carwash.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily car wash operations while building and managing the club membership program.
  • Ensure customers & members are satisfied with the services. Communicate information about promotions & memberships.
  • Recruit, train & supervise staff, schedule staff to maintain optimal coverage during operational hours.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure functionality and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other necessary materials.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for the car wash facility.
  • Implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of experience in a carwash manager role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Must be able to perform principal duties of the job.
  • Physical condition necessary to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, ability to be on his/her feet for extended periods of time, ability to work in extreme, intermittent temperatures for extended periods of time, ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, grasp and move objects w/ hands, requiring eye-hand coordination during shift.
  • Must possess good oral communication skills.
  • The ability to follow directions and meet the company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including daytime and evening shifts.
